Nan Tien Institute undertook a recladding project to address combustible cladding requirements while preserving the architectural character of the campus. Expertly installed by Aesthetic Building & Facades, the upgrade involved replacing existing façade elements with ALPOLIC™ NC/A1, delivering a DtS non-combustible aluminium cladding solution suitable for educational buildings.

The new façade provides a clean, contemporary finish while meeting stringent safety and compliance requirements. This project demonstrates how non-combustible recladding can be successfully integrated into institutional architecture, achieving both regulatory confidence and long-term visual quality.
