Set within the established inner-city suburb of Mount Lawley, Celilo Springs is a carefully crafted residential project that balances architectural expression, sustainability and material longevity. Designed by Western Architecture Studio, the home has received industry recognition for its sustainable design approach, including acknowledgement through national sustainable building awards.

ALPOLIC™/fr in Medium Bronze and White plays a central role in shaping the home’s architectural character. The aluminium cladding features on the striking tent-like ceiling above the main living areas, where it frames hanging plants and operable roof lights, allowing daylight, ventilation and landscape elements to become part of the interior. The same finish continues externally to the eaves, creating a strong visual connection between internal spaces and the surrounding built form.

Finished with a Lumiflon FEVE coating, ALPOLIC™/fr offers excellent colour retention and resistance to UV exposure, ensuring the façade maintains its appearance over time with minimal maintenance.
