Caddens Corner Shopping Centre is a neighbourhood retail hub in Kingswood, serving the growing western Sydney community with a mix of specialty retail, dining and essential services. With more than 9,000m² of retail space and 33 specialty stores, the centre plays an important role as a local destination for everyday convenience.

As part of a façade upgrade, approximately 1,400 m² of ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 in Anthracite Grey was installed to refresh the exterior and support long-term performance in a high-traffic retail environment. Complementary areas incorporate smaller sections of ALPOLIC™/fr in Silver Metallic and Black to complete the material palette.

The use of ALPOLIC™ NC/A1, a non-combustible mineral core aluminium cladding solution, delivers a clean and contemporary exterior while supporting safety and compliance expectations for a modern retail centre.
