Located in the heart of Oran Park, Thompson Health Care’s Oran Park House is a contemporary aged care facility designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents. Designed by Gartner Trovato Architects, the building features clean architectural lines, contrasting finishes and carefully considered façade detailing that complement its modern design.

Approximately 4,349 m² of ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 in White, Black and Monument was incorporated into the building’s external façade, including prominent window surrounds and selected soffits. The combination of finishes creates depth and visual interest, while the material’s exceptional flatness and colour consistency contribute to a refined, contemporary appearance.

Manufactured in Japan by Mitsubishi Chemical Infratec Co., Ltd., ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 features a non-combustible mineral core, making it well suited to healthcare and aged care environments where building safety and long-term performance are essential. Backed by a 20-year full-cover manufacturer’s warranty, the cladding provides lasting confidence for building owners and operators.
